Eastern Wood Studio(이하 “개발자”)는 잠온 - 수면 루틴과 수면 사운드(이하 “잠온”) 사용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각합니다.

1. 기기에 저장되는 정보

잠온은 앱 기능 제공을 위해 선택한 수면 사운드와 음량 및 조합, 루틴의 느낌·길이·타이머·재생 설정, 앱 언어와 환경설정, 수면 루틴 실행 기록, 광고 보상으로 열린 Pro 기능의 시작 및 만료 시각을 사용자의 기기 내부에 저장할 수 있습니다.

이 정보는 Eastern Wood Studio의 자체 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 앱의 설정 → 수면 기록 삭제에서 기록을 삭제할 수 있으며, Android 설정에서 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나 앱을 제거하면 기기에 저장된 앱 데이터가 삭제됩니다.

2. 광고와 24시간 Pro 보상

잠온에는 Google Mobile Ads SDK(AdMob)의 배너 광고와 보상형 광고가 포함됩니다.

• 배너 광고는 무료 사용자의 홈 화면에만 표시됩니다.
• 사용자가 직접 선택해 보상형 광고를 끝까지 시청하면 Pro 기능이 정확히 24시간 열립니다.
• 광고 시청은 선택 사항이며 Google Play 결제나 인앱 결제를 사용하지 않습니다.
• 수면 사운드 재생 화면과 백그라운드 재생 중에는 광고를 표시하지 않습니다.

Google과 광고 제공자는 광고 제공·측정·빈도 관리·부정 사용 방지를 위해 IP 주소를 바탕으로 추정한 대략적인 위치, 앱 실행·광고 조회·광고 상호작용 정보, 앱 오류·진단·성능 정보, 광고 ID·앱 세트 ID 등 기기 또는 기타 식별자를 처리할 수 있습니다.

관련 법률이나 사용자의 지역에 따라 동의 또는 개인정보 선택이 필요한 경우, 잠온은 Google User Messaging Platform(UMP)을 통해 선택 화면을 제공합니다. 사용자는 앱의 설정 → 광고 개인정보 설정에서 가능한 선택 사항을 다시 확인하거나 변경할 수 있습니다.

3. 백그라운드 재생과 알림

사용자가 시작한 수면 사운드를 화면이 꺼지거나 다른 앱을 사용하는 동안 계속 재생하기 위해 잠온은 Android의 미디어 재생 포그라운드 서비스를 사용합니다. Android 13 이상에서는 재생 상태와 정지 버튼을 알림에 표시하기 위해 알림 권한을 요청할 수 있습니다. 이 권한은 광고 알림이나 마케팅 알림에 사용하지 않습니다.

4. 제3자 서비스

• Google Play 서비스 및 Google Play 배포
• Google Mobile Ads(AdMob)
• Google User Messaging Platform(UMP)

이 서비스에서 처리하는 정보에는 Google 개인정보처리방침과 관련 광고 정책이 적용됩니다. 잠온은 Google Play Billing, 자체 회원가입, 자체 분석 서버 또는 클라우드 동기화를 사용하지 않습니다.

5. 건강 정보와 의료 목적

잠온은 의료기기나 의료 서비스가 아니며 질환을 진단·치료·예방하지 않습니다. 실제 수면 시간, 생체 신호 또는 의료 기록을 자체 서버에 수집하지 않으며, 루틴과 사운드는 휴식과 취침 준비를 위한 일반적인 웰니스 기능입니다.

6. 데이터 판매, 보관 및 보안

Eastern Wood Studio는 사용자의 수면 루틴, 앱 설정 또는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 앱 자체 데이터는 사용자의 기기에 보관되며 사용자가 삭제할 때까지 유지될 수 있습니다. Google 광고 서비스가 처리하는 데이터의 보관·삭제는 Google 정책과 사용자의 Google 계정 및 광고 개인정보 설정에 따릅니다.

7. 아동의 개인정보

잠온은 아동을 주 대상으로 설계된 앱이 아닙니다. Eastern Wood Studio는 아동의 개인정보를 자체 서버에 고의적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

8. 방침 변경 및 문의

Jamon Privacy Policy

Eastern Wood Studio respects the privacy of users of Jamon - Sleep Routine & Sleep Sounds (“Jamon”).

1. Information stored on the device

To provide app features, Jamon may store selected sleep sounds, volume levels and mixes; routine mood, duration, timer and playback settings; app language and preferences; sleep routine history; and the start and expiry timestamps for Pro access earned from an ad reward locally on the user’s device.

This information is not sent to an Eastern Wood Studio server. Sleep history can be removed from Settings → Delete sleep history. Clearing the app’s data in Android settings or uninstalling the app removes locally stored app data.

2. Advertising and the 24-hour Pro reward

Jamon includes banner and rewarded advertising provided through Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob).

• Banner ads appear only on the home screen for free users.
• If a user explicitly chooses to watch and completes a rewarded ad, Pro features open for exactly 24 hours.
• Watching an ad is optional. Jamon does not use Google Play Billing or other in-app payments.
• Ads are not displayed on the sleep playback screen or during background playback.

Google and its advertising partners may process approximate location inferred from the IP address; app activity, ad views and ad interactions; app errors, diagnostics and performance information; and device or other identifiers such as the advertising ID or app set ID for ad delivery, measurement, frequency control and fraud prevention.

Where consent or privacy choices are required by law or region, Jamon uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). Users can review or change available choices under Settings → Ad privacy settings.

3. Background playback and notifications

Jamon uses an Android media-playback foreground service to keep a user-started sleep sound playing after the screen turns off or while another app is in use. On Android 13 or later, Jamon may request notification permission so the playback state and stop action can be shown in a notification. This permission is not used for advertising or marketing notifications.

4. Third-party services

• Google Play services and Google Play distribution
• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)
• Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)

Information processed by these services is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and applicable advertising policies. Jamon does not use Google Play Billing, an Eastern Wood Studio account system, a first-party analytics server or cloud synchronisation.

5. Health information and medical purpose

Jamon is not a medical device or medical service and does not diagnose, treat or prevent medical conditions. It does not collect actual sleep duration, biometric signals or medical records on an Eastern Wood Studio server. Its routines and sounds are general wellness features intended to support relaxation and bedtime preparation.

6. Sale, retention and security of data

Eastern Wood Studio does not sell sleep routines, app settings or personal information. App data remains on the device until the user removes it. Retention and deletion of information processed by Google advertising services are governed by Google’s policies and the user’s Google account and ad privacy settings.

7. Children’s privacy

Jamon is not designed primarily for children. Eastern Wood Studio does not knowingly collect children’s personal information on its own servers.
